Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Sure enough! Thanks to the shipping services, we are happy to ship anywhere in the globe, even though our head office is in UK and US and our primary suppliers are in the US and UK. Shipping to other countries is therefore not an issue, although the cost of shipping might be higher outside of the US and UK.

How long will it take for my order to ship once I place it?

We handle orders between two and five-seven business days, internationals up to twelve and fifteen business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your purchase ships.

I have many orders, is it possible to combine them?

If the products you purchased are the same type of products from the same provider, then yes, but if they are different products, this might be from different providers, that's why in this case orders are not combined.

My tracking number doesn’t display any changes. How should I proceed?

Please give your tracking information up to 48 hours to update while the shipment is being sent to the shipping company. Provide your order and tracking numbers in an email to our support staff if, after 72 hours, your tracking information has not been updated.

My order's delivery address is incorrect. Is it editable?

When finishing your transaction at check-out, please always double-check that the apartment, unit, or suite numbers are included in your mailing address. (especially zip-code)

If an incorrect address was submitted, kindly email info@kingsknightsco.com as soon as possible, making sure to provide the proper mailing address. Please be aware that after an order has been delivered, we are unable to hold it or change the address.

Orders

After an order is placed, can I change it or cancel it?

You can cancel your purchase within two hours after ordering it, according to the email you will receive after placing it. Please email us as soon as you can if you need any more help, and we'll try our best to meet your demands. Please be aware that because of our shipping procedure, we are unable to guarantee any adjustments.

Can I exchange or return my purchases?

At this time, exchanges and refunds are not accepted unless there has been a mistake on our end. Please use the form provided below to contact us if there was a mistake with your order, and we will respond as quickly as we can!

In order to prevent any issues with the fit of your things, please make sure to consult our size charts before placing your purchase. At this time, we are not going to accept exchanges for things that don't fit well.

Where can I get information on clothing sizing?

Each product page offers sizing information, including a size chart. For modeled shots of our clothing, check out the product photographs and our Instagram account.

Are the goods you sell sustainable?

We really appreciate your interest in our efforts to be sustainable. One of our certified suppliers for garments is SGS, FLOCERT, and CPSC certified. We firmly believe that moral labor and environmental standards should apply to every link in our supplier chain.
